| 日子, 每天如是 不過仍是比我想像中好過 阿sir姑娘都好好 幾年了 還記得老師話, u train好處就係可以去唔同醫院, 唔同setting睇下 諗落都係 去過幾間醫院, 雖然主要principle唔變, 但感覺分別好大 無論你信也好, 唔信也好 幾年來見過應該學的, 又見過唔好學的 但我唔好學的我好快就忘記 good practice我真係會記得好清楚 無論你有冇留意 ward culture係好特別的東西 去到唔同地方就要留意, 要adapt 今水去到一個ward 好impressive ward staff都喜歡問, 阿... 你叫咩名? 哦, 阿xx, 幫我做乜乜乜丫~ 縱使一日比人問數次 縱使問左其實都好難記得 但呢確係good practice, 我會用amazing黎形容 佢地唔覺係乜, 但我會記住 treat others as individual |

| long consoliadation開始左兩星期 夾埋返tuns, 真係有少少累 不過應該係未習慣je, 我係年輕人, 邊有咁易累架!! week 1: DPAPAOA week 2: PANPAOP week3: ...... 期待中 其實站在員工立場, 真係有少少覺麻煩 因為永遠re-duty都要早兩個weeks 我我永遠都係今個week先知下個week duty that means 要人早兩個week約我 但我都係最後一個week先confirm去到/去唔到 如果站在management的角度, 唔知又係點? |
